Customers will continue to use phones, manufacturers will make more and more services, mobile operators will remove their accounts and mobile giving zero cost in order to attract customers.
Neither one operator VZ can escape this strategy.
Will it work with Movistar and Vodafone?
Are the phones offered at zero cost and Vodafone Movistar may remain only for voice, VGA camera, Symbian, 2.8 ‘screen size, no 3G?
VZ puts His conditions:
1) Hire a plan for $ 40 a month (32 €)
2) signs a 24-month stay
3) with a provision of $ 350 for early termination of contract
and take these 3 phones at no cost: Samsung, LG and Pantech
1. Samsung Galaxy Stellar:
Android OS 4.0
with 4 ‘screen size.
Dual Core Processor 1.2 GHz
1GB of RAM
4GB of internal memory
3 MP camera
1.2 MP front camera
2. Pantech Marauder:
Android OS 4.0
with 3.8 «screen size.
Dual Core Processor 1.2 GHz
1GB of RAM
4GB of internal memory
5 MP camera
VGA front camera
3. LG Enligthen (the reviews are not very good on this phone)
Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
with 3.2 «screen size.
Processor 800 Mhz
3.2 MP camera
Not talking about the low-end Nokia (C1, C2) or the Samsung C3050 mobile talk 4G, at zero cost with Android 4.0 and dual core processor at 1.2 Ghz.
Much has been written on the causes of change of operator, but obviously have a phone at zero cost is not an option to be discarded, unless if you have not invested or services do not offer a more powerful network: 4G (LTE)
